Can we participate as individual? >> Yes. You may participate as individual contestant. However, during the STEM challenge, it will be just you ya :-)
Will airport transfer be provided? >> No. Please arrange your own transfer to and from your hotel/International House. Alternatively, you can just use Grab service for a quick, safe and hassle free ride. Grab is widely available in Penang Island.
Can we check-in early (for those staying at the International House)? >> Yes. You may check-in as early as 18 May 2025 (Sunday) at the International House.
Can we check-out late (for those staying at the International House)? >> Yes. You may check-out as late as 25 May 2025 (Sunday) from the International House.
Can we pay the registration fee in cash? >> Yes. You can pay the fee in cash during registration on 20 May 2025. Please make sure you indicate this in the online registration form.
Are the meals covered in the fees? >> Yes. The meals are covered in the fees. The meals consist of breakfast, morning coffee, lunch and afternoon tea. It starts on 20 May 2025 (Tuesday) with morning breakfast at the Tea Garden. We do not include dinner (except for Grand Dinner) as you may want to savor Penang food on your own for dinner while you are here in this beautiful island of Penang :-)
